Who We’re Looking For:
We seek a thoughtful, action-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Paraplanner or Advanced Client Service Associate. You’ll work closely with our CFP® planners, supporting the delivery of heart-centered financial planning while ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients.
Core Responsibilities
Your role will focus on supporting our financial planners and team, with responsibilities including:
- Data entry and management of client financial planning information (RightCapital, Elements, Holistiplan).
- Preliminary planning analysis to assist planners in creating customized strategies.
- Managing incoming calls and providing exceptional client service.
- Supporting firm-wide initiatives, eventually to include portfolio trade preparation (no trade recommendations required).
- Assisting with other duties aligned with your unique strengths.
What We Offer
- Pay: $25–$38/hour, with flexibility in weekly hours (half- to full-time, depending on both team needs and successful candidate's availability).
- Flexibility: Work during the hours you’re most productive. Remote work is available outside Vermont; hybrid options for those in Vermont.

What You Bring
- Experience: 3–5 years in finance or banking, or equivalent experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Skills:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfort with learning new software and committing to the highest standards of cybersecurity practices.
